How Do I Sign Up for ZimpleMoney As a Borrower?

For borrowers who were invited to participate in a loan added to ZimpleMoney by their lender, here are the steps to register their borrower user account:

1. Borrowers will receive an email invitation from their lender to set up a ZimpleMoney account. Be sure to check your Promotions or Junk folders in case the message got incorrectly routed.
2. Follow the Register with ZimpleMoney link in the email invitation.
3. Set a password and enter your mobile phone number. Check the box to accept ZimpleMoney's terms of use.
4. Click Continue.
5. Next, confirm your mobile phone number. You will be prompted to enter a code we have sent to the mobile phone number you provided on the Register page to verify it. If you incorrectly entered your mobile phone number or entered a wrong number by accident, you can update your phone number on this step then proceed to verifying the corrected mobile phone number.
6. Click Verify.
7. Complete your Security Settings by choosing to enable or disable two-factor authentication and adding answers to three security questions. You can choose which security questions you want to answer. Be sure to choose questions you will remember the answers for as these will help you if you get locked out of your account.
8. Click Complete security settings.
9. You will be taken to the ZimpleMoney Loan Contract and be prompted to accept the loan. Once accepted, you will see loan details including the lender, you as the borrower, any guest participants on the loan, and other configured settings for the loan.
10. Now you can schedule payments, view your payment schedule, post messages to everyone on the loan, view loan documents, and much more!
