How Do I Make a Payment to My Lender or Payee?

Learn how to submit a loan payment to your lender through ZimpleMoney, or what to do if your contract does not have a Payment tab.

How you submit a payment depends on whether your loan contract is set up with Premium Loan Tracker.

If you have a Payment tab on your contract:

  1. Open the loan contract.
  2. Select the Payment tab.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to submit your payment.

If you do NOT see a Payment tab:

- Contact your lender directly to arrange payment, or ask them to upgrade the loan contract to Premium Loan Tracker on the ZimpleMoney platform.

- If mailing a check, send it directly to your lender — not to ZimpleMoney.
